Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Estimated Shipping Times

Australia

Estimated delivery: 4–12 business days

New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

United States

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and products ordered.

Free standard shipping is available for Australian orders over AUD $120.

For Australian orders under AUD $120 and all international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, or your local postal carrier.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
